In the heart of Val di Noto, in one of the Unesco sites in Italy, rise A.D. 1768, four star hotel with 11 rooms. The project signed together with the owner of the hotel Giuseppina Donato, was carried out under the supervision of the superintendence of Ragusa, and saw the scientific restoration and consolidation of one of the best noble buildings preserved in the city, Arezzo Palace of Donnafugata. The plan of the building, with its simple layout, is elegant in lines that correspond to the full neoclassical eclectic style. The portal, the balconies, the cornice with the cantonal, the porch and the sairs of the courtyard belong to the original building dating back to 1800. Each room has the name of a person dear to the hotel owner who through the use of colors and finishes has decided to dedicate them a gift. In addition, for each room, was inserted a work of the surrealist pop artist Max Ferrigno who inspired the object that characterized the life of the ” protagonist” gave his own interpretation on canvas. The daring contrasts between ancient and modern, the interwaeving of designer forniture, antiques and contemporary art create a timeless hospitality experience.
